The name, San Antonio Saints, San Antonio Saints.org, SanAntonioSaints.org, its name, abbreviations, logos, designs and Web Sites including all content is the sole exclusive property of Mark Watson/Baddog Production Media. The San Antonio Saints name and logo including all designs are under a yearly contractual limited use lease to the organization of said leased name, the San Antonio Saints Youth Football And Cheer. No persons or business may create or use the San Antonio Saints name to create websites, blogs, forums, personal products, retail products or business without the written consent of Mark Watson/Baddog Production Media under any circumstance. Any person caught doing so will be pursued legally and sued to the fullest extent of the law. They will also be liable for all court cost including up front lawyer fees and monetary loss for time used to pursue. NOTICE: Disregarding these terms and conditions whether intended or not intended or unknowing does not exclude any person or bsiness from liability and legal justification. This serves as due notice and every attempt has been made to inform all parties interested in the San Antonio Saints name and designs, logos, etc., no further notice shall need to be given. It also serves as notice to all members or any party affiliated in any manner to the leasing organization, San Antonio Saints youth football organization. You agree to follow these terms and conditions herein listed.
Trademark/Copyright Notice
The San Antonio Saints name and all logos and designs associated, available at www.sanantoniosaints.org and all products bearing the name are exclusively owned and
property of Baddog Productions Media and Mark Watson (collectively herein referred to as Baddog Productions). The Name -(The)San Antonio Saints, The San Antonio Saints , SA Saints, S.A. Saints, Saints of San Antonio, SAS, S.A.S., regardless of capitalized letters or not, any abbreviations or breakdown that includes or may include S.A., San Antonio, Saints, or addition to any whole or part of said name together or apart in same text area, designs or media is strictly prohibited and under /are exclusive property rights and trademark of Mark Watson/Baddog Productions regardless if any person(s) or business creates any property containing/displaying said trademarked name in any form. This notice serves as electronic Trademark and copyright notification and is legal and binding under United States And International Trademark/Copyright Laws and Provisions, under Internet Trademark/Copyright Laws and rules, and any laws supporting non-infringement laws or rules not described or listed here within. These laws also apply to section 3 -San Antonio Saints Web Site Content listed below.

Baddog Productions has established this Site to provide you assets and information about the San Antonio Saints youth football and cheer organization, and
its services. These terms of use (the "Terms") sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Site and
your access to and use of the information, content and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using
the Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, which may be modified by Baddog Productions from time to time.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or download any of our authorized
downloadable materials. You should visit the site periodically to review the current terms and conditions. Your
continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these Terms will mean you accept those changes regardless if visited or not.
II. The Use of Privacy Policy and Information collection.

Media Terms and Privacy
Any person or persons within a San Antonio Saints event or promotion or attendee understands any video or pictures taken containing their image/logo/brand/namesake whether minor or adult gives full consent to use said images for promotional viewing from this website and or media broadcast without any compensation whatsoever from San Antonio Saints or Baddog Productions and its employees. Any media taken at a San Antonio Saints Pop Warner Youth Football Organization event by anyone other then Baddog Productions or it's contracted associates is allowed to do so soley for personal home viewing. No video,photos, text, radio broadcast, of any nature regarding San Antonio Saints is allowed for mass media, free media,internet media, commercial or monetary gaines without written express permission from Baddog Productions. No other site may link any media from any San Antonio Saints website or its content without written permission from Baddog Productions.
Any Violation of these terms will result in legal ramifications including monetary damages and lgal fees.
III. San Antonio Saints Web Site Content
All content on San Antonio Saints Web sites, including artwork, graphics,media,images, screen shots, text, music,
digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, slogans, product and character names are exclusive and sole property of Baddog
Productions Media. All third party logos are used with permission for recognition of said third party. No content or any part in whole or altered from any San Antonio Saints Web site or any site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by Baddog Productions may be copied, reworked, altered, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any manner or form whether electronically or otherwise without the authorized and express written approval of Baddog Productions, and shall only be allowed on a limited contractual basis with a signed agreement or release by Mark Watson/Baddog Productions. Approval may be obtained through Baddog Productions by submitting a Permission Request Form via email to owner@sanantoniosaints.org or baddogproduction@yahoo.com. Third party content such as trademarks, trade names, characters, and copyrights in third party banners/logos are the property of said third parties that license and provide content, and are used by Baddog Production subject to terms of agreement. It is expressly forbidden for any other party to misuse third party's content.
However, for the purpose of commercial use, authorized downloadable material may be used, provided that:
a. you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices giving full viewable and readable credit toMark Watson/Baddog Productions in same area and legible as design and/or name,
b. you make no modifications to the materials,
c. you do not use the materials in manner that suggests endorsement by Baddog Productions and association with any of
your products, services, or brands
d. you do not use the material in a manner that infringes and/or violates any right of any third party, these terms and agreement, or
any law of the United States of America.
e: You must first receive written permission from Mark Watson/Baddog Productions for use of any material in whole or part regardless of time constraints or lease.
No commercial use, resale, copying or exploitation in part or whole of any material including these terms and agreement from said sites or beyond including name(s) and /or logo(s) and owned by Baddog Productions is not permitted without the express written permission and contractual agreement of Baddog Productions and any other applicable third party copyright owner. All rights are expressly and exclusively reserved toMark Watson/Baddog Productions. Abuse of any part of these terms in whole or part is subject to lawsuit and legal pursuit, damages and recovery. Baddog Productions business time, all attorney fees, court cost including any document and filing charges will be payed by said party abusing these terms and agreements set forth. This page serves as legal and binding notice under terms and agreements regardless if party does not click on link located on homepage in full view to read said materials.
IV. Rules of Online Behavior
As a condition to your accessing, participating on, linking to, or otherwise using this site, you agree NOT to, whether

WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY,

PRODUCTION'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED ONE CENT ($0.01). SOME STATES DO NOT
ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE
LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold Mark Watson/Baddog Productions and San Antonio Saints Organization, its parents, subsidiaries, officers,
employees, and contractors completely harmless from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, court cost or damages
related to your violation of this Agreement, including any abusive or unlawful behavior on your part, or the
infringement of any intellectual property or privacy right of any person on this site.
VII. Third Party Sites, Sponsor/Donation terms of agreement .
The Site may link to third-party sites provided by banners/links created by Baddog Productions. These banners/links are
provided for paid Sponsorship/Donations by third parties and are for 1 year intervals regardless of Sponsorship/Donation package obtained. Said Packages can be modified or replaced in whole or part at any time by Baddog Productions without notice. Baddog Production is held un-liable for all areas of sponsor packages except banner/link provision and placement. Any third party Sponsor/Donator mentioned in any media promotion event including but not limited to: TV, radio,podcast,commercial,internet video,text verbage,interviews,newspaper, news,etc. is at the sole choosing of Baddog Productions and it's owner, Full rights and provisions are given to Baddog Productions for commercial and promotional ventures. These links are provided for your convenience, and Baddog Productions and San Antonio Saints assumes no responsibility for any content made available at by any third party site or its banners or any content provided by said third parties. Such third party sites may be subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies. Baddog Productions And San Antonio Saints urges you to read the posted terms and policies of these third-party sites.
VIII. Violations of these Terms or the Law.
Baddog Productions reserves the right to investigate and to involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and
to pursue a civil lawsuit or criminal prosecution for any alleged or actual harmful or illegal activities involving any
part of this Site. Baddog Productions reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently,
the Site, with or without notice. Your access to any and all Baddog Productions Web sites may be terminated immediately
without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.
Upon termination, you must cease use of the Site and destroy all materials obtained from the Site and all copies thereof.
Baddog Productions shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of access to the Site.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas, without
regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate state and
federal courts in the State of Texas with respect to claims you may have under these Terms. These Terms constitutes the
entire agreement between you and Baddog Productions Media/Mark Watson, with respect to its subject matter, superseding
any prior oral or written agreements relating to such subject matter. The failure of Baddog Productions to enforce any right or provision
of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any
provision of these Terms to be invalid, the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions to the
maximum extent consistent with applicable law, and the other provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and
effect. You also agree if any part of this website, its owners or subsideries results in litigation, YOU will provide
legal council and pay any and all attorney and legal fees, court cost, time, and damages upfront incurred by
Baddog Productions/Mark Watson and/or San Antonio Saints organization. You also agree not to hold Mark Watson/Baddog Productions or San Antonio Saints organization liable in any form for any third parties offers,contents,or claims laid out in banners/links on this Site or on third parties website.
