2011 REFUND POLICY

Registering Guardian(s) of participant(s) understand that  $75.00 of each registration fee(s) paid whether in full or partial payment at time of registration(s) will be applied as a holding fee. This fee(s) is non-refundable under any circumstance should guardian(s) or participant(s) decide not to continue with the organization. All registration fees MUST be paid in FULL by August 1st, 2011 in order for participant to begin season with the organization, NO EXCEPTIONS OR EXTENSIONS. 

A full refund of registration fee(s)(minus 75.00 holding fee(s), see above) will be returned to all participants whose registering guardian(s) request a refund, in writing, on or prior to August 8th.   A refund, of ½ of the registration fee(s), will be returned to all participants whose registering guardian(s) request a refund,  in writing, on or prior to August 22nd (the day before the final weigh in).  There will be no refunds after August 22nd.  All refund requests are to be submitted in writing to the Membership Director, President or the Vice President of the Organization by the registering guardian(s) only. Verbal, Emails and text messages are not valid for refund request. Only registering guardian my request refund(s) in writing, all others will be denied.

There will be NO REIMBURSEMENTS AFTER AUGUST 22nd, NO EXCEPTIONS.
