2010 REFUND POLICY
A full refund of the registration fee will be returned to all participants whose families request a refund, in writing, on or prior to August 8th. A refund, of ½ of the registration fee, will be returned to all participants whose families request a refund, in writing, on or prior to August 22nd (the day before the final weigh in). There will be no refunds after August 22nd. Any participant/coach who was issued a refund, will require Board approval to be re-accepted into the San Antonio Saints association. All refund requests should be submitted to the Membership Director or the Vice President of the association.
There will be NO REIMBURSEMENTS AFTER AUGUST 22nd.
